I’d like to say that in my humble opinion
There’s too much testosterone around
As evidenced by the consant rumble
Of trucks and cars and bombs and falling stone.
And how I wish there was a little more
Intelligence in this broken world of ours
But to tell you the truth, I’d be shocked
If I started to give a shit about the flowers
We trample going about our daily tasks.
I really just can’t and I certainly don’t intend
To start undressing and writing about feelings
And becoming some fucking vegan eco-terrorist.
Go talk to the birds and the bees yourself,
I’ll rob your stung and pecked corpse.
